As children get older they understand what’s going on around them and of course what they’re being asked to do. This means that it is easier to pose them for portraits. It is very important to make the visit a fun one, so I’ll always take fun relaxed portraits with a more natural playful feel to them as well as posed. Similar to the baby portraits, I do feel it is important to personalise portraits to your child’s individual style and interests. So if you want to bring any props such as sports kit or musical instruments don’t hesitate to discuss this when booking an appointment.
